DA NANG CALLS FOR INVESTMENT IN 10 LOGISTICS CENTER PROJECTS

Da Nang City calls for investment in 10 logistics center projects. Notably, there is a regional, first-class project and a logistics center to support the connection of the East-West corridor.

On May 15, the Department of Industry and Trade of Da Nang city said that the city is focusing on calling and developing logistics centers in the area.

Accordingly, Da Nang city calls for investment in 10 logistics center projects, including one project is a regional logistics center, grade I; one dedicated aviation logistics center and eight provincial logistics centers.

Specifically, Lien Chieu Port logistics center is planned to be a regional logistics center, grade I, with a scale of 30-35 by 2030 and raised to 65-70 hectares by 2050. This will be a port logistics center with seaport services, container yards, bonded warehouses, CFS warehouses...

Da Nang International Airport Logistics Center is planned to be a specialized aviation logistics center with a scale of 4-5 hectares by 2030, expansion and upgrading to 8-10 hectares by 2050. This will be the center. Dedicated logistics center serving aviation logistics services.

8 provincial logistics center projects include: Kim Lien cargo station logistics center project with a scale of 5-6 hectares in 2030, 8-10 hectares in 2050, as a railway logistics center, supporting seaport logistics with support services for Hoa Khanh industrial park;

The logistics center project of Da Nang Hi-tech Park, with a scale of 3-5 hectares by 2030 and expanded to 15-20 hectares by 2050, is a road logistics center supporting air and railway logistics centers,providing support services for Da Nang hi-tech park;

Hoa Nhon logistics center project (combined with inland port) has a scale of 40 hectares by 2030, it can be expanded to 75 hectares in 2050. It is a road logistics center, providing technical services for transport vehicles with trucking, transportation brokerage services and cargo logistics services;

Hoa Phuoc logistics center project is planned on a scale of 5-7 hectares by 2030 and expanded to reach 10-15 hectares by 2050. It is a logistics center and transshipment of goods, a total cold storage, cold storage, foreign storage. Wholesale market agency, specializing in providing accommodation services, transporting goods for wholesale markets;

Hoa Phu logistics center project with a scale of 3-5 hectares by 2030 and expanded to 5-8 hectares by 2050 with the function of a road logistics center supporting the connection of the East-West corridor, specializing in transportation services. Storage, transportation of goods, brokerage services, customs procedures;

Hoa Ninh logistics center project has a scale of 20 hectares, is a logistics center supporting Hoa Ninh Industrial Park, providing support services to Hoa Ninh industrial park;

Hoa Hiep Bac logistics center project has a scale of 42 hectares, is a logistics center supporting Lien Chieu wharf area, Da Nang International Airport provides support services, seaport services at Lien Chieu wharf area, Da Nang International Airport;

Projects of other logistics centers and warehouses (on bypasses of highways, in industrial parks and clusters...) with a scale of 60-70 hectares by 2030 and expanded to 110-120 hectares by 2050. These centers will support centralized logistics centers, collect and distribute goods for the city. Da Nang and neighboring provinces with urban logistics services and other logistics services.
