2. Experience choosing to buy containers

Supplier evaluation:

• To evaluate suppliers, customers can rely on many different information channels such as through friends and relatives who have used a certain supplier's container products, looking for information about products. , service provider, along with user feedback on the internet. From there, give the most objective assessment to find a reputable container supplier.
• In addition, it is also necessary to check the production capacity, facilities such as machinery and the supplier's factory to make an assessment of the ability to meet the delivery schedule.

Dry containers.

• Year of manufacture: The older the container, the better the quality. Containers are usually liquidated by shipping lines when used for 10 years. For example, now that it is 2016, containers manufactured in 2006 will be liquidated and these containers are usually of better quality than the containers 2005, 2004, 2003, so on.
• Container shell: Container with good quality is a container with two walls that must be straight, less dented, the roof of the container must not be punctured or sunken down to avoid standing water on the roof of the container for a long time, which will lead to rapid corrosion and The roof of the container is quickly punctured.
• Container floor: Container with good quality means that the container must have the original floor, have not been replaced or repaired, the surface of the container floor must be smooth, not scratched and peeled, which will affect the container during the import and export process. .
•  Container door: Good quality container door is the door seal must be full, original, not patched, the door opens and closes gently, the seal is not folded.

Office containers

• Container shell: Office containers are processed and manufactured from dry containers, so the quality of the office container is if and only if the container is of good quality. If there is time, the customer should go to the supplier's factory to choose a dry container and ask to put that container into production as an office container.
• Air conditioner: Must be a new machine, with a warranty card attached, both outdoor and indoor units must be new, with a frame to protect the outdoor outdoor unit from impact and loss.
• Furniture: Quality, quantity and type must be according to the contract, must be new.
• Paint color: Office containers are usually painted according to the manufacturer's paint color or at the request of the customer, the paint color must be according to the requirements, the quality of the paint surface must be smooth, without paint melting, pitting the surface.
• Materials: Inside office containers are often used MDF panels, wood MDF panels are cheap and have a lower lifespan than sand cement MDF panels. Therefore, the selling price of office containers is greatly influenced by production materials. Office containers are much cheaper when using wood MDF sheet material with a thickness of 4 cups.

 Cold container

Buying a refrigerated container, the cost is not small, the price of an old 20-foot refrigerated container ranges from 70 to 80 million and the price of an old 40-foot refrigerated container is 110-130 million, so choose a quality container with a reasonable price.

To be acceptable is a matter of concern. If a customer has used cold container products, the choice is no longer difficult, but for new customers who use it for the first time and do not have relatives and friends who are familiar with the container, the problem becomes difficult. Here are a few characteristics that a quality refrigerated container should have:

• Year of manufacture: Like dry containers, refrigerated containers with shorter production life are better quality, like liquidated refrigerated containers manufactured in 2006, 2007 have the best quality.
• Container shell: Refrigerated containers are used to preserve, transport and store goods at a required temperature lower than the ambient temperature, so refrigerated containers have a more complex structure than dry containers, refrigerated containers are constructed 3 layers of tole-foam-tole, quality refrigerated container, the two container walls must be straight and not convex both inside and out. 02 inner and outer walls are not bursting with foam (lack of foam), you can check by tapping on the wall with your hand, where there is a lack of foam, you will feel frantic.
• Container floor: The floor must be firm, not lack of foam, aluminum floor rails must be straight and original so as not to affect the circulation of cold air.
•  Container doors: Doors must be opened and closed gently, door seals must be sealed, original, not patched to avoid cold air escaping, increasing the cooling time of goods, leading to increased production costs (electricity) and may damage the goods if prolonged.
•  Air conditioner: It is necessary to PTI (comprehensive inspection) that the air conditioner reaches -18 degrees Celsius from 3.5h-4h for 40-foot refrigerated containers and 1.5h-2h for 20-foot refrigerated containers. Visually check the condition of the machine such as:

• Is the machine too old?
• Has the compressor rusted a lot or has it been replaced?
• Is the outdoor unit still good?
